1 - Heat an iron to cotton temperature (110º C).

2 - Place the Heat Transfer where you want it to appear on the garment.

3 - Place a thin cloth over the Transfer to avoid direct contact with the iron.

4 - Iron over the Transfer for 30 seconds. Turn over and iron from the inside for 30 seconds more.

5 - Do not wear the garment until it has completely cooled.

If the transfer hasn't completely stuck to the garment, increase ironing temperature. In the case that the Transfer comes free after a few days' wear, it's because there was insufficient iron heat. To remove, re-iron (at cotton temperature).

We recommend:
Ironing on a hard surface. Do not use steam. Do not dry clean. Take extra care when ironing delicate clothing sensitive to heat.
